Overlooking the Spoleto valley, the Sapori nel Borgo restaurant – composed of internal rooms and a terrace with park – offers a sensory journey between ancient flavours and recipes of the territory revisited with a gourmet twist.
Creativity and simplicity: genuine foods with raw materials, quality and in season, combined in search of the new. A combination of tradition and innovation that gives rise to an experimental and dynamic cuisine in every dish.
The slow attitude is also the protagonist in the kitchen where slow cooking at low temperatures releases the most intense flavours.
Our Chef Rosy and her brigade take care of every detail: quality and taste chase each other, forming the distinctive feature of each of our dishes. Nothing is left to chance, even less the presentation.
Our restaurant Sapori nel Borgo is always open from Friday at dinner to Sunday for lunch.
For the other days of the week just book in advance with Management.

The wine cellar is well assorted with many typical Umbrian products and a good number of prestigious national and international labels, personally researched and tested by our winemaker.

That’s why alongside meat, cheese and charcuterie dishes, we offer various vegetarian recipes, created with local vegetables and fruits and organic cereals.

The Bar, located in the Convent, has an interior space with ten tables and an outdoor space with terrace and lawn setup. You have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation and sunset from 17.00 to 20.00 with service at the coffee table and aperitifs.
