Flavors in the Kitchen: Your Umbrian Cooking Class Relais Borgo Campello – A Medieval Village in the Heart of Green Umbria

During the class, guests will prepare a bread basket and “strangozzi alla spoletina,” a traditional pasta dressed with tomato, garlic, olive oil, and chili pepper, following authentic local recipes.
