International breakfast
Breakfast is served every morning from 07:30 to 10:00 in the Monastery. We offer an international selection combining sweet and savory: croissants and pastries, homemade cakes, jams, bread, fresh and dried fruit, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals and a variety of milk, accompanied by cappuccino, coffee and a selection of teas and herbal infusions. To complete the experience, a savory breakfast is available with eggs, bacon, cheeses and local cold cuts.
Gluten-free and vegan options are available upon request.

Bar in the Monastery
A moment of relaxation amidst nature, light and flavors
In the heart of the Monastery, the Bar del Borgo is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the moment. Cozy indoor spaces and a terrace with a landscaped lawn overlooking the Spoleto valley provide the ideal setting for coffee, aperitifs and cocktails, especially magical at sunset.
Castle Tavern
Hidden within the ancient walls of the Castle, the Tavern is a timelessly charming space, converted from an old stable and connected via a hand-carved staircase to a historic water cistern, now used as a wine cellar. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by the fireplace designed by the owner Daniela, the antique billiard table, and carefully selected décor, including paintings and objects that tell the story of the Borgo.
The Tavern is a versatile space, available upon request for small events and business meetings, offering a unique setting where history, elegance, and conviviality come together.
Fresco Hall
A corner of history and tranquility in the heart of the Convent: the Fresco Room is located in what was once the complex’s church and preserves a wall with a precious fresco from the 1300s by the Maestro of Fossa, a student of Giotto. The room is furnished with bookshelves filled with volumes to browse, comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a large table perfect for reading, studying or playing cards.
Designed as a space for meditation, reading and reflection, the Fresco Room invites moments of peace and contemplation, offering a unique experience within an extraordinary historical and artistic setting.

Check-in & Check-out
The check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
For early check-in requests or late check-out needs, please contact Management. Guests are welcome to use the common areas or leave their luggage at our office.
Parking
Parking is free and available near both properties, either on the green areas, gravel lots, or along the public road.
Pets Welcome
Pets are welcome in select rooms, provided they are indicated at the time of booking. They may accompany guests in the common areas, but access to the SPA and Wellness Center is not allowed.
There is an additional fee applies to cover extra cleaning required to ensure pet-free rooms for guests with allergies.
Electric vehicle charging
There is an electric vehicle charging station in the Monastery facility, in front of the Reception. The service is available at € 0.85 per kilowatt, offering convenience and ease for guests arriving with electric vehicles.
