In the heart of the 14th-century Monastery, where every stone holds stories of silence and meditation, a former Cell of the Benedictine cloistered nuns, carefully restored, offers a natural wood Bio sauna, a heated outdoor jacuzzi sheltered under a transparent dome, and a relaxation area overlooking a precious 14th-century fresco by the school of Giotto, a silent witness to the past.
The Wellness Journey
Start with a session in the Bio sauna, ideal even for those with low blood pressure: the moderate heat (55° C) and high humidity (humidity at 50-60%) promote gentle, gradual sweating that helps detoxify without causing strain.
Continue in the heated jacuzzi nestled in the small garden of the cell: a unique experience, enclosed by a transparent dome where you can admire the sky, clouds, and tree foliage as the warm water and delicate microbubbles softly melt away every tension.
Finish in the relaxation area, where time seems to stand still. In front of you, a 14th-century fresco by the Master of Fossa (a student of Giotto) silently watches over your rejuvenation. A warm herbal tea in your hands, soft music in the air and your gaze lost in the ancient colors: a rare and profound moment that unites wellness and beauty, body and spirit.
Conditions for the use of the Quietis Cell.
The Quietis Cell is chargeable and available by reservation for exclusive use for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Cost: €35 per person per session (maximum 2 guests)
We kindlt invite interested guests to contact our Management team in advance to check availability and reserve their Pathway and Wellness Journey.
Guests may change in the cell where a SPA kit will be available, or have the kit delivered directly to their room. Swimwear is required.
SPA kit includes: bathrobe, face towel, slippers.
It is requested to keep the appointment time. In case of delay, the Experience may be shortened and no refund will be issued. Any delays beyond the scheduled time will incure a penalty proportional to the duration of the delay.
Cancellation policy: free of charge up to 12 hours before the appointment. After this time 50% of the total amount will be charged.
